Designed as per the global quality standards, the range is equipped with a flow meter, vacuum control chamber, gas flow regulation valve & filter, chlorine/water, pressure gauze and an injector to assure continuous flow of gases in fully vacuum mode.

Features:

• By the action of water pressure, vacuum is created in the injector
• Via control valves, this vacuum passes through PVC tubings & pipings to the regulator
• It enters a gas filter assembly where foreign particles & moisture is removed
• Thereafter, vacuum is sent to the differential regulator
• Here, with the help of vacuum on one side & atmospheric pressure on the other, the diaphragm assembly is dislocated into the inlet valve
• This helps the gas to pass through the flow meter, where the flow rate is manually adjusted
• Thereafter, the gas passes to the injector and is mixed with water in the mixing chamber
• The solution is discharged to the desired point of application
• In case of failure of water supply to the injector or blockage in the vacuum, the inlet valve isolates the gas under pressure
• This helps in stopping the flow of gases even when the cylinder valve is open
